SEM1630 SEM1630 Dual Relay Universal Input Trip Amplifier

The SEM1630 is a DIN rail mounted trip amplifier which accepts RTD, Thermocouple, mV and passive current signals and provides a dual trip output. Isolation is provided on all three ports. All temperature ranges are linear to temperature. Designed for ease of use, our USB interface is fitted for quick and easy configuration. Just connect a standard USB cable between the SEM1630 and your PC and you’re ready to go. Using our free configuration software, your PC will automatically read the current configuration data and guide you through any changes you wish to make. To further help save time, the SEM1630 does not need to be wired to a power supply during the configuration process, it is powered via the USB interface from your PC.

status-SEM1720-sml SEM1720 Dual Channel Process Signal Isolator, Convertor & Signal Splitter

The new dual channel SEM1720 is now available to the process market.

SEM1720 is a dual channel signal conditioner designed to accept RTD, Thermocouple or Potentiometer sensors and provide isolated, industrial process output signals in mA or Volts. Each output channel may be linked to either input sensor or to a maths function of both sensor signals. This powerful feature allows the device to operate in a number of different modes.

The output signal can also be adjusted over the full working ranges (0 to 20) mA or (0 to 10) V, to provide common or custom process signals, examples (4 to 20) mA, (0 to 1) mA, (1 to 5) V.

SEM1750 SEM1750 Dual Channel Process Signal Isolator, Convertor & Signal Splitter

The SEM1750 is a cost effective dual channel signal conditioner that accepts a bipolar voltage or current signal and isolates to provide ranged industrial process output signals such as 0...20 mA, 4...20 mA, 0...10 V, 1...5 V DC. The SEM1750 is configured using our easy to use configuration software, USB Speed Link. It offers the user two levels of configuration, a basic current/voltage signal converter were the device can be set as dual channel signal isolator / convertor or signal splitter. For more advanced applications, a configuration menu offering a wide range of user set functions, including process scaling and profiling, maths functions, signal damping, sensor linearisation and signal preset for diagnostics purposes.

SEM1020 SEM1020 4...20mA Loop Isolator & Booster

The SEM1020 is a loop isolator designed to provide extra drive capability from an existing current loop. It requires power supply connections on both the input and output terminals. If true isolation is to be maintained, the two power supplies used must be fully isolated from each other. The input circuitry only drops 2.7 V from the existing current loop and providing a 24 V isolated power supply is used on the output side, the isolator will drive up to 900 ohms. The most common use for the SEM1020 is to provide extra drive capabilities from an existing 4...20 mA current loop.

SEM1200 SEM1200

The SEM1200 isolator is a dual output isolator, providing two separate isolated 4...20 mA current signals from a primary loop. The output loops must be powered externally. This isolator requires no user adjustment during commissioning, apart from an initial test to ensure it operates correctly over its full working range. Minor adjustments can be made to the calibration of the device by means of the two front panel accessible calibration potentiometers.
