   Signal Conditioners

The SEM1100 is a powered isolating signal conditioner that accepts mA and voltage process signals, isolates them and provides the same or different value mA or voltage outputs. It is also possible to have voltage and current outputs simultaneously from a single input. The isolator is available in AC and DC powered versions, both generating loop excitation for input and output loops at the same time. Zero and span adjustment potentiometers are conveniently situated on the front panel together with a power on LED Configuration (factory set if specified) can easily be changed by means of internal switches and the use of suitable equipment.
The SEM1620 signal conditioner provides a 3 wire isolated voltage output signal and accepts RTD, Thermocouple, mV and passive current sensor inputs. It has been designed to accept most common process and temperature sensor inputs and provide the user with a three wire voltage output signal. Isolation is provided between input and output and all temperature ranges are linear to temperature. Designed for ease of use, our direct USB interface is fitted for quick and easy configuration. Just connect a standard USB cable between the SEM1620 and your PC and you’re ready to go.
The SEM1630 is a DIN rail mounted trip amplifer which accepts RTD, Thermocouple, mV and passive current signals and provides a dual trip output. Isolation is provided on all three ports. All temperature ranges are linear to temperature. Designed for ease of use, our USB interface is fitted for quick and easy configuration. Just connect a standard USB cable between the SEM1630 and your PC and you’re ready to go. Using our free configuration software, your PC will automatically read the current configuration data and guide you through any changes you wish to make. To further help save time, the SEM1630 does not need to be wired to a power supply during the configuration process, it is powered via the USB interface from your PC.
The SEM1700 is a  DIN rail mounted universal signal conditioner. It accepts RTD, Thermocouple, Voltage, Current and Potentiometer sensor inputs and provides the user with a programmable current or voltage output signal plus dual trip relays. Isolation is provided between input, outputs and supply. All temperature ranges are linear to temperature. Both input and output loop excitation is provided as well as a fully universal power supply.
