    Low Turbidity Monitor

The WaterWatch2300 Monitor combines with the WaterWatch2310 sensor to give a cost-effective Turbidity measurement system. The WaterWatch2310 sensor provides an extremely stable zero point due to the mechanical design of the flowcell. This coupled with the dry calibration standards that are supplied with every sensor make the system easy to use and calibrate. The monitor provides a large character LED display of the measured value, that is clearly visible with a 2 line LCD display for configuration. The field mount enclosure is IP65 rated and is suitable for indoor and outdoor wall installation. Partech can provide the monitor and sensor pre-wired on a backboard or in an outer enclosure, if desired requiring only power and telemetry connection. The monitor provides the user interface for all calibration and maintenance unction and provide a 4-20 mA output signal supplemented by 2 relays that can be used as high, low or fault alarms. The WaterWatch2310 sensor complies with the internationally recognised ISO7027 standard for Turbidity measurement. The unique sensor design captures stray light which ensures an ultra stable zero point, this is combined with an automatic self-cleaning mechanism that prevent the build up of fouling within the sample chamber. The WatchWatch2310 sensor includes an automatic cleaning mechanism that operates at a user programmed frequency. The cleaning blade prevents the build up of fouling on the optical windows and keeps the flowcell clear of obstructions. Key to any low range Turbidity measurement is the design of the flowcell and the control of stray light. The design of the WaterWatch2310 means that a true zero is possible and stray is captured. The measurement system includes a self monitoring loop that compensates for changes in optical performance. The WatchWatch23100 sensor is available in two ranges the lower range ideal for final water monitoring and the higher range aimed at intake protection. Both sensors are available in selfcleaning and non-cleaning versions.
  • Low Range: nominal range 0-5 NTU, calibration range from 0-1 to 0-30 NTU
  • High Range: nominal range 0-500 NTU, calibration range from 0-100 to 0-500 NTU
