Laminar Mass Flow Meters / Controllers

|
M Series mass flow meters are available in any flow range from 0.5SCCM through 1500SLPM. They are equipped with multiple analog outputs in addition to the RS-232 digital output. The M series meter can also be equipped with an Alicat 9V battery pack to make a stand alone secondary calibration standard or flow verification meter.
MC Series mass flow controllers are available in any flow range from 0.5SCCM through 1500SLPM. The MFCs are equipped with multiple analog outputs and inputs. Alicat MC/MCP/MCR series MFCs can also be used in applications where flow control into a vacuum is critical. The modular design of the Alicat MC/MCP/MCR series MFC allows it to be used in systems in which flow is driven by a vacuum.
The L Series 50:1 turndown ratio allows user to flow 1/50th of the instrument's full scale rating. The liquid flow meter has a full scale flow range of 0.5CCM through 10LPM. The liquid flow meter can be hand held with the battery pack option and the flow meter becomes a true stand-alone measurement device that can be used in remote systems where power is not available.
The LC Series Liquid Flow Controller utilizes a proportional valve coupled to a flow meter body creating a unique closed-loop flow controller system. The integral PID controller positions the valve according to the flow set points. These devices accept a selectable analog or digital control signal from either external devices or locally. RS-232, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc or optional 4-20mA input and output are available.
