Fixed & Portable pH / Redox Monitors
|
The HPT63 is a microprocessor based pH or Redox transmitter. Two different options of the HPT63 transmitter are available with the Base model offering a single industry standard 4-20mA output. The Advanced HPT63 will offer two 4-20mA outputs enabling the process temperature to be measured and transmitted as well as either the pH or Redox value. The Advanced HPT63 model will have 2 relay outputs for process control and also 3 digital inputs for on-line/off line and clean function selection via a plc. Both of the HPT63 versions are available as head mounted transmitters mounted with either a pH or Redox electrode.

The MPD53 provides the user with the flexibility to select either glass or antimony pH sensors - Redox input and operating with either single ended or differential inputs, means a single instrument may be used for the majority of pH and Redox applications. A universal power supply allows a single connection to any supply between 85 to 265V AC/DC 10W max. An option for low voltage operation between 18 - 36V AC/DC is also available. Temperature compensator selection of Pt100, Pt1000 or 3K ohm Balco thermistor allows the instrument to be used with almost any pH sensor system. Up to 2 industry standard, isolated outputs provide retransmission of the measurement as 0/4 - 20mA signals. These can be configured as pH, Redox or temperature. Up to 4 relay outputs offer on/off control with variable hysteresis and time delays if required. A dose alarm timer can be used to prevent overdosing under fault conditions. Should a dose relay be energised for longer than a preset time then the timer will operate and prevent further dosing.

The HD2105.1 and HD2105.2 are portable instruments with a large LCD display. They measure the pH and the redox potential (ORP) in mV. They measure the temperature using Pt100 or Pt1000 immersion, penetration or contact probes. The electrode calibration can be carried out on one, two or three points and the calibration sequence can be chosen from a list of 13 buffers. The temperature probes are fi tted with an automatic detection module, with the factory calibration settings already being memorized inside. The HD2105.2 is a datalogger. It memorizes up to 34,000 pH and temperature samples which can be transferred from the instrument connected to a PC via the multi-standard RS232C serial port and USB 2.0. The Max, Min and Avg function calculate the maximum, minimum or average values. Other functions include: the relative measurement REL, the Auto-HOLD function, and the automatic turning off that can also be disabled.
